      This salad was delicious :) I love avocados and hearts of palm so I knew I had to try it. The dressing was great, only thing I did different was to double the dressing for us, Thanks! Made for The Rail Riding Rowdies ZWT5.

      This was a refreshing salad and I gave it 5 stars although I felt like it needed a tad more spice so I added some aji sauce I had on hand. That was the perfect touch. OH! I added the rest of the camarone from the appetizer before salad tonight. Just seemed like shrimp were perfect with this. Thanks for another great ZWT4 recipe, Sharon!

      This is a delicious salad. I just used a pinch of sugar and salt, and doubled the amount of hearts of palm to really showcase their flavor. Thanks for sharing this!

      This is a SUPERB salad! I can't believe how good it is and it's good for you! We are cilantro lovers so this was right up our alley to eat on the South Beach diet. If you don't like cilantro you might try it with another herb like mint or oregano. I also have a new found love for hearts of palm but it's hard to find recipes for them. My husband and I ate the whole recipe ourselves to get all of our veggies in. We loved it so much I recommended it to my Mother who made it for her Mother, Sister and Brother in-law and it was a hit with them as well! I used my immersion blender in a 2 cup pyrex to make the dressing and then tossed the dressing with the salad. I also used 1 packet of Splenda in place of the sugar. Just WONDERFUL! Made for Zaar Tag.
