very delight taste for summer
- 120 g ripe avocados, cut cube
- 1 medium tomatoes
- 20 g onions, chop
- 1 piece garlic
- 1 piece chili
- some coriander
- salt and pepper
- some lemon juice
- 15 ml olive oil
- peel the tomato after fast blanching in boiling water.
- take out the seed.
- Mixed all other ingredient to taste.
- keep cold for half an hour before serve.
maybe would be good in summer but just didn't have a lot of depth to it.
Very attractive tasty salad. The coriander, lemon & Olive oil are just right.I was lucky and found an Avocado that was just the right ripeness. Used Mayan sweet onion. I wasn't sure what you meant by a piece of Chili - Jalapeno or canned? I didn't have either (I do love chilies too) so did without still very good salad. Thanks le van ninh for posting this recipe
