- 2 ripe avocados
- 3 tomatoes
- red onion
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons light oil
- 1 pinch basil
- 1 pinch salt
- peel and chop course avocados same with the tomatoes chop half the onion place in a bowl.
- put oil and vinegar together with basil and salt stir then mix with other ingredients.
I added cilantro and lime juice with a touch of pepper flakes. Yum!
