Avocado Ranch Dressing

"Crisp lettuces like iceberg and romaine are a perfect match for this creamy dressing, and shaved red onion, grape tomatoes, and crumbled bacon make excellent garnishes after the greens have been tossed."

  4. We all enjoyed this on a salad of romaine, herbs, onion, tomatoes from the garden and some grilled sweet peppers. Even with no fat buttermilk and lite mayo, it was a very rich and satisfying drssing. Thanks, Susie!

  5. Oh, I liked this very much. I love avocados, guacamole, cilantro. This came out pretty thick. I got exactly 1 1/2 cups as stated. I could see thinning it a bit with additional buttermilk, perhaps. I had it for lunch on a romaine salad with diced tomatoes. It really hit the spot. Thanks! I will definitely make this one again.
