I did change this a bit, so I won't give stars, but it turned out well. My 12 yo liked it, which is a plus. I used almond milk, stevia, added an egg and a 1/4 cup of my smoothie nutritional powder. We shared the 2 cups, but would double it next time for breakfast. Great way to get good fats in!
This was excellent. I used coconut milk instead of 2%. Might try making it a little less sweet next time for health purposes, but this was a fantastic recipe. We even froze the leftover to have later as ice cream :)
Great recipe,I use 2 tbls. maple syrup instead of sugar,also you can sub a mango instead of the avocado.

I've been searching for a simple avocado milkshake recipe to make at home ever since I tried them in a Vietnamese restaurant!! This is incredibly delicious and not too heavy. I made it with skim milk and doubled the amount of sugar because I like it a bit sweeter. Delicious delicious delicious!!!
