- 1⁄2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 cups broccoli, cut into bite size pieces
- 2 mangoes, ripe, cubed
- 2 avocados, cubed
- 1⁄2 cup red onion, chopped
- 3⁄4 cup golden raisin
- himalayan salt & fresh ground pepper
- Saute broccoli in the oil until crisp-tender.
- Combine all ingredients in a large serving bowl. Chill and serve!
