The proportions as listed made the smoothie way too thick. I had to add a lot more soy milk to and also honey to cut the bitterness.

I love avocado and I love green tea, so I was thrilled to find this recipe. The end result, though, was not quite what I was expecting. The idea is great, but something about it was just a little "off" to my tastes. Maybe my matcha is not as top-quality as it should be for this recipe, but the matcha flavor seemed to really overpower the other flavors... I ended up tweaking the proportions to make it more to my tastes (more vanilla, more soymilk), and enjoyed it that way. Thanks for posting!
