I have a girlfriend who insists that anything can be deep fried. It's a Southern thang. Well these are delicious. Your friends will love them. Easy on the habanero if you're a wimp!

I'm a wimp! I made the ketchup with jalapenos, which are already up against my heat tolerance limits. LOVE avocados and prepared this way, they were a treat. The ketchup went so well with them, but we also thought it could go with a number of other items as well; i.e. as a burger topping. Thank you for posting, venus2!

This looks yummy but I really hope the nutritional info is based as if you were drinking the cooking oil, otherwise it says a serving is 2500+ calories!

Why would you mess up a perfectly good avocado?
