fantastic for summer. very ozie xmas i think. You can make this as thick as you like. It would be great with cut up vegetables as a snack or to pour over salad. prawns not included in ingredients. not sure how many you would need. If using prawns mix prawns with marinade and bbq 5 mins each side.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 -2 medium ripe avocado
  • 14 cup fresh orange juice (use more or less to change the consistency)
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh herb (e.g. parsley, coriander or basil)
  • 1 garlic clove

Directions

  1. Peel and stone the avocado.
  2. Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor until smooth.
