This was good but I thought it was missing something, I looked in my fridge and seen I had some sun dried tomatoes so added some of them and yummy that added a good zing to it. Put it on top of Grilled Shark Steaks, great combo!

I liked this dressing because it was very thick and garlicky. I used it on turkey sandwiches and as a dip with some fresh vegetables. Made for PAC '10

Makes a lot of beautifully-colored, thick, almost dip consistency dressing. We enjoyed it over sliced tomatoes. Tomorrow we'll have the rest of it with chilled asparagus and corn chips.

Avocado Dressing
