DIPS FOR STARTERS.
- 1 large avocado
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons horseradish cream
- 1 -2 clove garlic, crushed
- 150 -200 g light sour cream
- Mash avocado with fork only, not too much.
- Add lemon, Horseradish, garlic, then cream.
- stir well.
Very good! I've never added horseradish to avocados before and it had a pleasant tang and spice. I also added salt and pepper.
