A twist on the classic devilled egg, combining creamy avocado with the yolk for stuffing. You're gonna love it!


  1. Halve the eggs and put the yolks in a mixing bowl.
  2. Blend the yolks with the avocados, Tabasco, garlic, oil and salt and pepper. Check the seasoning.
  3. Pipe or spoon mixture into the halved egg whites.
  4. Enjoy!

These eggs were delicious. They were like guacamole deviled eggs. The only change I made was to use green chile instead of tabasco sauce. I took these to a Halloween party and put the olive spiders from Halloween Spooky Spider Deviled Eggs on about half the eggs. They were a big hit!
