From Breakfast For Dinner. Use in place of sour cream or guacamole. Use for burritos, tacos, etc...
- 1 large avocado, pitted and cut into chunks
- 1 lime, juice of
- 1⁄4 cup sour cream
- 1⁄4 cup whole milk
- salt, to taste
- In a blender, or food processor, blend avocado, lime juice, sour cream, and milk on high speed until creamy. Season with salt to taste.
