I invented this today, when I started making a cherry smoothie. I had just finished pitting a bag of cherries, when I found I had no bananas left. Looking through my fridge for suitable alternatives, I spotted half an avocado that was starting to go dark. So I threw it in, and it worked brilliantly. Please note that I didn't actually measure any of the ingredients when I made this, I just threw things in, so any measurements I give are merely estimates.
