- Halve and remove stone.
- In a small bowl mash avocado with a fork till almost smooth.
- Add the natural yoghurt & cheese mix together until well combined.
- Serve with rice crackers or biscuits or your choice.
This is a delicious dip! If you are looking for a change from guacamole and love avocadoes, this is the one for you. It stands on it's own as a delicious, cool and creamy dip, or, as an alternative, we halved it and added hot sauce to one half and it was delicious that way as well.
