No stars for two reasons: one, I made too many changes so I don't feel I can rate it fairly and two, this type of food is not typically our thing. DH and I both thought it had okay flavor, but the texture was too mushy for my husband (I don't get that one since he likes avocado, but that's his opinion). I seeded the jalapenos, but I think the spice would have been perfect with the seeds. I also chopped up the orange and added it in pieces rather than just squeezing the juice. Definitely a recipe I'd recommend others trying, especially since it's so healthy.

  1. Mix and mash the avacados, peppers, and tomatoes.
  2. Squeeze on the orange for sweetness.
  3. Place avocado mix into a lettuce leaf and roll up.
  4. Remove the jalapeno peppers if serving this dish to young children.
