- put avocado, banana, milk, sugar,put in to a blender.
- mix the ingredients with blender and ENJOY :).
Made this delicious smoothie for breakfast today. The avocado adds a subtle taste to the smoothie and makes it very creamy and healthy. Next time I will reduce the sugar and/or add a sweetener such as Truvia. Easy to make and very filling. Made for Spring PAC, March, 2013.
