- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 avocado, peeled and sliced
- 1 apple, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 4 tablespoons parmesan cheese, shredded
- 4 tablespoons light raspberry vinaigrette dressing
- In a bowl, add rinsed greens, tomato, pepper, sliced apple, sliced avocado. Top with shredded cheese. Drizzle with dressing.
- Serve with Wholesome Herb Paneed Chicken Breast.
