  • avocado, slices
  • tomatoes, slices
  • 2 slice cheese (use your favorite)
  • 141.74 g sunflower sprouts (or any vegetable sprouts)
  • red onion, slices

  • Layer the ingredients on one slice of bread, top with the other slice, cut and eat.
