      What a nice refreshing salad, even great in the middle of the winter, can't wait to try it this summer with fresh tomotoes from the garden. Had to settle for a green pepper instead of yellow and my cilantro was limited.

      I cannot imagine a more unique and a more pleasurable delicious salad then this. I followed this exactly, and didn't change one thing. The lemon/cilantro mix was wonderful! I forgot the yellow pepper in the photo, but I used it as a crunchy, terrific little mild bite. This is just simply a wonderful tasting salad. Wonderful in so many ways. I didn't have homegrown from the garden tomato, but I had one growing in my greenhouse, which I used. So yummy! Made for Everyday is a Tag game May 2009
