    Ingredients:

    • 200 g mixed lettuce leaves
    • 1 cup macadamia nuts, toasted
    • 1 avocado, sliced
    • 1/3 cup kraft* French dressing

    Directions:

    1. 1
      combine lettuce, macadamia nuts and avocado.

      Drizzle with dressing.

      *Reviewed for PAC Sept 09* Easily put together. I loved the combo of the textures of the crunch from the nuts and the creaminess from the avocado. Toasted my macadamias using a dry pan and used ready mixed salad leaves. Photo also to be posted
