      This is just delicious! I leave out the olives and don't use Tabasco sauce- still wonderful flavor! It is tangy from the lime juice, but the mellow avocado balances it out.

      I've just been diagnosed with diabetes & this recipe fit perfectly into my new diet plan. It was easy to make & tasted wonderful. I will definitely be making it again.

      wonderful flavor, texture and color. i omitted the olives by accident, but will be sure to add them next time. very nice fresh salad.

      I just halved the avocado and filled it. So to scoop the avocado with the veggie mixture. I did make a serving for 1 and had plently of the veggies left over. Skipped the salt the olives had enough. Thanks for keeping the summer here a bit longer!

      I've been wanting to make this all week and I wasn't disapointed! Delicious! I toasted a sub roll, melted colby/jack cheese on top, slathered on some mayo and a little deli mustard, piled the avocado ahdi on top and I was in heaven! Thank you Aunt Cookie!
