Make a batch of hot cider, to warm and scent the kitchen with apple and cinnamon. Enjoy by the mug or take a thermos along on a hike through the autumn woods. Enjoy! Adapted from Susan Branch blog.
- Bring all ingredients almost to a boil, let simmer gently for about 15 minutes.
- Strain through fine mesh into thermos, or back into pan.
- Serve hot.
