Autumn Sausage Casserole

Ingredients:

Servings: 4

• 1 lb lean pork sausage
• 1 medium apple , peeled and chopped
• ½ cup chopped celery
• 3 cups cooked prepared stuffing
• ½ cup raisins
• 1 dash onion , flakes (use fresh if you prefer)
• 1 dash dried parsley
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ¼ teaspoon ground allspice
• ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1⁄8; teaspoon ground pepper

Directions:

1. In large skillet, cook sausage, apple, onion flakes, and celery over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain (if necessary).
2. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
3. Transfer to a greased baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until heated through.
