This is a very easy cocktail to make if you are entertaining, yet very tasty!

This is such a delicious and pretty cocktail! I served it at a Sunday brunch and everyone loved it! I made a large pitcher of this cocktail using 4 cups port, 4 cranberry juice, and one package frozen raspberries. I blended half at a time with half the raspberries in each batch, strained the seeds and combined it all in a large pitcher. I made this ahead of time and kept it chilled in the refrigerator until the guests arrived. I had fresh mint from my garden on the side, ready to garnish. Definitely a crowed pleaser! This would be lovely at Christmas time as well.


  1. Put the port, juice and raspberries in a blender and whiz for a few seconds.
  2. Strain to remove the raspberry seeds.
  3. Pour into cocktail glasses, garnish with a mint leaf and serve.
