- 157.80 ml sugar
- 340.19 g can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 85.04 g package lemon Jell-O gelatin
- 226.79 g package cream cheese
- 236.59 ml apple, chopped
- 236.59 ml celery, chopped
- 118.29 ml walnuts, chopped
- 354.88 ml frozen whipped topping, thawed
directions
- In a saucepan combine sugar, jello and pineapple.
- Boil for 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Add cream cheese.
- Stir until mixture is thoroughly combined.
- Cool.
- Fold in nuts, apples, celery and whipped topping.
- Pour into 9" square pan and chill until firm.
