Simple and delicious! A great way to clear the crisper of those banged up apples. Loved that this dessert was heavy on the apples and lighter on the sugar. Depending on the apples, I would suggest increasing the brown sugar in the topping unless serving with vanilla ice cream. The orange juice and pumpkim pie spice was a little different and a nice touch. Thanks for sharing the recipe!
