I discovered this recipe on dlife.com. I think I've made this recipe once and it was a big hit.
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1 tablespoon gluten-free flour
- 2 teaspoons butter, unsalted
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 cup apple juice
- Season flour with salt and pepper; lightly flour pork chops. Add pork chops to skillet and cook over medium heat.
- Turn chops; stir in onion, butter and apple juice. Bring to a boil, lower heat, cover and simmer for 7-8 minute.
Simply delicious! I appreciate that these are ingredients that I always have on hand. The taste is not dominated by an apple flavor, but still very good. My chops were quite thick so probably simmered them about 15 minutes. Thank you Chef#388215 for sharing. Made for Fall PAC.
