  • Saute for 3 to 4 minutes stirring often.
  • Mix in the onion, bell pepper and sunflower seeds.
  • Saute for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add remaining ingredients to pan.**.
  • Toss well.
  • Serve warm or at room temperature.
