Yep...pretty authentic. The avocado, cilantro and lime are a must. Similar to what I've eaten in Juarez. Easy to make too!

I made these over the weekend for dinner and we liked them but I think we are too used to "Americanized" tacos. I did leave out the cilantro due to personal preference and subbed in some fresh parsley but otherwise made as posted. I do like the addition of a slice of avocado so I am going to try that on the tacos I regularly make. I am really glad I tried these. Thanks for posting! Made for PAC Fall 2007.
