This shortbread is absolutely delicious and worth all the effort. I hand-grated the frozen shortbread as the recipe recommends; however, next time I may have to use my food processor. The aroma of this shortbread with the raspberries and blueberries was wonderful and the taste was even better. This dish will wow your guests and family as well. Thanks for the post.
