The chicken was very good. The kiwi sauce with the curry powder was sweet, tangy and salty tasting by itself, but when you put the sauce over the chicken and ate them together it really worked, very good flavor. Thank You. Made for ZWT 8.

  1. Combine the breadcrumbs, shallots, hot sauce, eggs and butter with a little milk in a bowl.
  2. Lift the skin away from the flesh, right to the end of the leg. Spoon the mixture evenly under the skin of each leg, pressing the mix so that it is evenly distributed around the flesh.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees until brown, basting regularly, serve hot or cold.
  4. For the sauce: Puree the kiwi, curry and salt, and serve with the chicken.
