Oh my, this was sooo good! We were in New Zealand in 2011 and were only lucky enough to have Pavlova once and now I can easily make it in Wisconsin! I used pineapple and kiwi (that's what I had) and instead of making a strawberry sauce, I used soft raspberry jelly that hadn't gelled very well. And I used store-bought whipped cream.
