I don't like sweet french toast, so this was my version of it. My daughters request this at least once a week and will cook it for snacks as well.

  1. Beat eggs, salt and milk together in flat bottomed container.
  2. Place bread into egg mixture and soak until all mixture is absorbed.
  3. Heat frying pan and add margarine, cook soaked bread until brown.
