• 50 ml rum
• 15 ml Grand Marnier
• 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
• 3 dashes orange bitters
• orange zest

directions

1. Combine Grand Marnier with sugar and bitters in a balloon glass.
2. Dissolve sugar by stirring, then add the remaining ingredients and flame.
