Aussie 7 Layer Salad

"You'll be a hit at the barbie with this great salad. It looks and tastes like it would take ages to prepare, but it doesn't take long at all. I've taken it everywhere and still get asked for it again and again. I got it from my Godmother."

I'm a mum of a gorgeous 4-year-old girl. I work as a primary school teacher. I have regained my enthusiasm for cooking now that I am a mum. Gone are the take away days of my solo life. I enjoy creating memorable photo albums, getting together with good friends, laughing, talking, swimming, walking and most of all playing with my daughter and having lots of fun together. I am passionate about raising my daughter to be a valuable citizen, a healthy and vibrant christian woman. I am also passionate about teaching children life skills. I am also passionate about teaching others how to declutter and get organised with their space, time and mind. My pet peeve is that we have created the disease of affluence. <img src="http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/permanent%20collection/adoptedspring08.jpg">
