  1. Put ice in shaker with remaining ingredients. Shake until foamy and completely chilled. Serve immediately.

This is my favorite dessert, I normally don't like milk, but this is one way to get me to drink it. I use Splenda and low fat milk.

It's a great way to drink milk. It was very refreshing and it was great with the vanilla and sugar (I used splenda). Thanks Barenaked Chef :) Made for Bargain Basement tag game
