We really enjoyed these! I made some changes to lighten the recipe a bit. Like another poster, I only used a very small amount of butter on each sandwich (I even left the butter out of one entirely, and couldn't tell the difference). I also used low-fat mayo (but did use full-fat sour cream). Other than that, I followed the directions just as written, and was very happy with the still tasted very rich. I'll be making these again -- thanks for sharing!

These sandwiches are so yummy! I halved the recipe and used just a smear of butter instead of the amount of margarine called for. Also subbed light mayo and plain yogurt for sour cream cause I was out. Fresh parsley and fresh lemon juice are lovely. I didn't find the dressing too tangy but it did contrast nicely with the cheesy melty Swiss (used 2% reduced fat real cheese slices, not that processed stuff). Easy but special. Thanks for sharing your recipe! Made for PAC Fall 2007.

The dressing is deliciously tangy. I substituted chopped scallions for the chopped parsley. An easy and satisfying lunch.
