A great substitute for traditional meat loaf. The kids will love it.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Loaf: Mix all the ingredients and shape into a loaf.
  2. Sauce: Mix all ingredients.
  3. Pour over the loaf.
  4. Use a pan large enough to put in the loaf and sauce.
  5. Cook at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
