"This is My Great Aunts Fudge Icing love it on a cake."

• Ingredients: 5
• Yields: 1 sheet cake

ingredients

• 118.29 ml margarine or 118.29 ml butter
• 59.16 ml cocoa
• 88.74 ml buttermilk
• 453.59 g powdered sugar
• 4.92 ml vanilla

directions

1. Melt butter, add cocoa and buttermilk. Bring to a boil.
2. Remove from heat and add vanilla and powder sugar.
3. Allow to cool then spread on cake.
4. For those who purchase powder sugar in larger quantities 3 1/2cups = 1# powder sugar.
