Simply delicious, lightly seasoned and easy to make quicky. I use the shoulder chops, which have more meat than the little tiny ones, and are less expensive.
- Heat a large skillet on high heat.
- Sprinkle chops with all seasonings, to taste, on both sides.
- Place in dry skillet and cook about 5 minutes on each side for rare chops and longer for more well done.
- Can also be cooked on a grill.
