These were excellent! I had to make them twice because my first time I didn't have a candy thermometer and I'm not good with the cold water test. The second time I used a candy thermometer and they turned out well. I lined my pan with parchment paper and buttered the paper to help take the caramels out more easily.
Great recipe! Thanks for posting it! I admit, I was a little doubtful, but they came out beautifully. The perfect consistency, and great flavor!
