Directions

  1. Mix yeast and warm water.
  2. Add sugar, salt, vegetable oil & garlic.
  3. Mix well and add 2 cups flour.
  4. Knead with 1 more cup flour for 8 minutes.
  5. Raise one hour, punch down, divide into small chunks.
  6. Roll out into strips.
  7. Put on greased cookie sheet.
  8. Raise 45 minutes.
  9. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes.
