    My Sister in laws delicious waffles. Matthews boys brunch Sundae is 2 waffles with ice cream between them slathered with my Mom's Strawberry Jam and all covered with maple syrup! Yummmmmmmmmm! And for my daughter's work friend, who likes my pairings, Coffee & Korbel brandy is perfect!

    Ingredients:

    Units: US | Metric

    • 2 cups Bisquick
    • 3 tablespoons oil or 3 tablespoons butter
    • 1 egg
    • 1 1/3 cups club soda

    Directions:

    1. 1
      Flour into medium size bowl. Crack egg into measuring cup,whip egg gently.

      Add club soda and oil [or butter] to measuring cup, note qty in cup, add to dry ingredients.

      Mix well, but batter should be thicker than pancake batter.

      Pour into waffle maker.
