Aunt Jean's Chicken Wings

These are my favourite chicken wings from my Aunt Jean. We rarely have leftovers, although my mom prefers the leftovers. Cook time does not include marinating. Definitely marinate this for 24 hours if you can. I've done the shorter marinating time and it really does make a difference.

  1. Mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, and broth in a baking pan.
  2. Place chicken in flat rows in sauce.
  3. Marinate for at least 3 hours in fridge. They are best when left in for 24 hours and turned over at 12 hours.
  4. Drain and bake at 350°F for approximately 30 minutes or until done.

WOW!! These are great tasting wings. They turned out perfectly, and was the perfect fit for a quick, weeknight dinner. I made recipe as posted except I cut it in half to serve 4. I wanted some leftovers to take tommorow for lunch, but there all gone. The flavor and texture is absolutely wonderful, Love the broth flavor. Made for New Zaar Tag.
