Make and share this Aunt Ethel's Sauerkraut Relish recipe from Food.com.
- 2 lbs sauerkraut
- 1⁄2 cup vinegar
- 2 cups sugar
- 1⁄2 cup celery
- 1 cup green pepper
- 1⁄2 cup onion
- 1 (3 ounce) jar pimentos (with juice)
- Dice celery, green peppers and onion.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Serve cold.
