An old recipe that surprisingly is very good.
- 1 pint dry curd cottage cheese (2 cups)
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 3⁄4 cup sweet cream
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 (9 inch) pie crusts, unbaked
- Put cheese through sieve or potato ricer.
- Add sugar, salt,flour,eggs and cream.
- Bake with 2 crusts in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes in 9 inch pie plate.
