Fabulous marinade and sauce I want to keep it safe here. the prep is fast. however it tastes best if you let marinate over night or several hours at least.


  1. mix first 5 ingredients well.
  2. Ipoked the meat all over with a sharp knife to aid in the absorption:).
  3. pour over ribs in a plastic bag, or mixing bowl.
  4. marinate over night, turning or stirring every once in a while.
  5. bake at 375 for 1 hour, or til done, basting occasionally.
  6. i like to boil the remaining sauce up (if there is enuf) to serve along side.
