Comfort food from my Aunt Anna.... she made it for almost every family gathering.

- Sprinkle the chicken pieces liberally with paprika.
- Salt them according to taste.
- Bake in an uncovered dish at 350 for an hour.
- Drain the fat off and add about 1 inch of water in the pan.
- Cover tightly and bake for another hour.
- Pour the drippings off to use a clear juice/gravy.
