Comfort food from my Aunt Anna.... she made it for almost every family gathering.


  1. Sprinkle the chicken pieces liberally with paprika.
  2. Salt them according to taste.
  3. Bake in an uncovered dish at 350 for an hour.
  4. Drain the fat off and add about 1 inch of water in the pan.
  5. Cover tightly and bake for another hour.
  6. Pour the drippings off to use a clear juice/gravy.
