These are the beans I make for the Auction Kitchen.
- 4 gallons pork and beans
- 4 lbs bacon
- 12 bell peppers
- 4 onions
- 6 cups brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 2 cups barbecue sauce
- Cook diced bacon and remove.
- Cook diced onion & peppers until tender, then remove.
- Mix the remaining ingredients in the crock pots, then add the bacon, onion, and peppers.
- Mix well, cook on low for 4 hours.
